Web ADI Configuration Error : BNE_UIX_PHYSICAL_DIRECTORY is not configured

Press Update with excel button. You will face following error:

BNE_UIX_PHYSICAL_DIRECTORY is not configured

Solution

To resolve this error, delete any value stored in the BNE UIX Physical Directory (BNE_UIX_PHYSICAL_DIRECTORY) profile option.

The BNE UIX Physical Directory profile option is obsolete in Release 12 and higher

The default value for this profile option may be:

/dbfiles/applcsf/cust/html/cabo

Once the problem is resolved you will be navigated to following page after clicking on “Update with excel”:

Please apply the following patch to resolve this issue:

Patch 20301271: ERROR WHEN CONVERTING SOURCING RFQ TO PO - STAGGERED AWARDING

1. Download and review the readme and pre-requisites for Patch.20301271:R12.PON.D.

2. Ensure that you have taken a backup of your system before applying the recommended patch.

3. Apply the patch in a test environment.

4. Confirm the following file versions:

  PONCRPOB.pls and version 120.72.12020000.13

Click “Personalize Page”:

Search for "Rich Container", you will be able to find 2 elements, and set the renderedd property to false for both the elements.
